Normals are no different once your MMR gets to a certain point. The main difference between normals (blind pick in particular) and ranked is that people tend to be much better at dealing with champs that are often banned, since said champs are pretty much in every game.
Thing is if you dont you lose and get even more frustrated and if you arent a mage or adc you cant complain that you die to fast when you dont build 5 defensive items or even if you do or that you dont do enough damage for how much risk you are in when you have to get close the the enemy to do anything compared to people who sit back and with no threat to themseves and carry and get riot to do anything about it. I feel its pretty bullshit that i can get shredded with 2 armor items by an adc what am i supposed to build on a bruiser where am i supposed to fit damage items with 2 armor items 1 magic resist item defensive boots and i have 2 slots left but i still die quickly to adc and I blow up versus mages losing 80% of my hp with 1 magic resist items and 78-75% with Mercury Treads At the point you lose 30% of your hp on a bruiser you have to run because the mages next 3 second spell will kill you.
There is no such thing as meta soooooo not sure what you mean.
Normals are on same patch as well so no hiding from the silly scuttle crab meta.
