Here we are again, in the midst of a game breaking champion. Massive play rate spike in the last patch, over 11% and climbing. Incredibly fast burst damage and CC that is almost hard to believe exists with his numbers. Say what you may but a champions popularity does not spike so hard because they're balanced. what do u mean? 1200 AP and a ulti that you cant outrun with even with item 3009 + summoner 4 + summoner 6

whats broken about that?

its not like he has insane wave clear, an aoe stun, a strong burst spell that also empowers his autos, and an item that gives 180 AP at lvl 18...

I'm just remembering all the Viktor mains crying about him getting gutted in the Mage update. Guess people finally got used to him and found he's still really good.
