Botlane Experience

I'm sure we all know the circle jerk of "ADC in 2016-7 lul" going around and the jungle changes will slightly improve bot lanes condition however I don't see it being enough.

So a major issue bot lane has it they fall behind in EXP compared to other lanes. While a jungler can be level 6 botlane will still be sitting at level 4 which is a pretty big difference. One solution I could think of to solve this issue would be to have items granting bonus EXP the items in question being .

This sounds a bit bizarre at first however this would allow support champions to roam more without falling to far behind in levels while giving ADCs bonus safety as the support would offer more utility overall and in the cases of high DPS supports like Zyra could cause some junglers to think twice before beginning their camping trip while other supports like Soraka would be able to supply heals more often due to a decreased cooldown and health regen.

I honestly think in order to make ADCs stronger we need to make Supports stronger as these laners are trapped together and by increasing supports strength this could also make support a more desirable role.
