Riot Hands Out Stupid Buffs But Never Reverses Them

Remember when Ekko used to be weak? Whenever they were, Riot's solution was to always lower the CD of their abilities as a Band-Aid solution and "give them some love" when really, Ekko's problem was that his AP scaling wasn't as good as other champions. Then when the meta shifted, all of those small fixes forged Ekko to become this annoying CC machine tank toplaner, who is still alive and well. Riot finally adjusted his AP ratios, but never reversed those buffs to his abilities' CD. Like holy shit, if you're going to help a champion out, why don't you actually target their weaknesses or accentuate their strengths.

Not this Lulu attack speed buff crap. Her range and clunkiness is her problem, which Riot made. Why not just improve her reliability and CC to make her a better support? You literally gut the fuck outta champs like Aurelion Sol, Kalista, Corki and leave them there, but ignore the mistakes you've made with annoying meta ones.

TLDR; Never does Riot reverse their mistakes but always tries to find an alternative way to buff/nerf them, resulting in a non-ending cycle of imbalance.
