No please don't nerf Twitch, he doesn't deserve it.

I seriously don't understand Riot's balance team logic sometimes. Twitch doesn't even have the highest winrate or pickrate, yet he is in the sight of getting nerfs (they have already hit the PBE) on his one and only damage ability E expunge. His Q and R enhance his autos with attack speed and damage/range respectively.

Please, WHY??? Some Rioter pls explain to me. He's one of my favorite champs and his early game is already weak compared to strong laners such as Jhin and Lucian who pressure him fairly well. He takes quite a while to ramp up and takes a lot of dedication to get good at him. Twitch isn't even played in the LCS and not much in Master+ so he's not a high-elo OP pick like Taliyah was. Trading with Twitch is not very strong at all but these changes will make his weakness even worse. He's not even a truly meta pick. He's balanced in that you sacrifice early pressure for a late game advantage. The person behind this nerf is clearly a sore-ass loser at Riot who probably got shit on by a Twitch player.
