You could be intelligent and kill the zz'rot, yes it is annoying but their sacrificing early damage for the zz'rot, it has a pretty fair trade off when used on a mid laner

get a gank to force them out of lane and shove it, if you cant shove a lane then roam instead

Its not very easy to kill when its placed directly behind a turret and the wave is constantly shoved.

ZZ'rot is getting changed soon, and from what I gather it'll be more of a splitpusher tool to plop down near a tower to knock it over quicker while you're actively there.

This is in contrast to live zz'rot which pretty much anyone can somewhat viably build, drop it in a lane, and then ignore it as the lane autopushes.
