@Meddler: Why Riot is blind and deaf to player's voice about under-performing champions?

I saw Nidalee, Fiddle and Gragas buffs as the jungle changes hit them pretty hard. I saw ADC's buffs as current meta doesn't really favor them. But there is one champion that is still getting nerfs even it's current state is not as good as You think it is. You are telling the same thing since 6.13 about it even though Fervor is useless for this champs, jungle clear got a lot worse and overall winrate of OTP's dropped to about 55%, when usual OTP's have about 65% win rate. And it all happened in the preseason. Of course I'm talking about Kindred, or as I prefer calling them - "Champion that Riot hates". I know, that they are balanced "power wise" because if they have normal match, they do what they are supposed to do. But early is so difficult that getting to mid-late game is a challenge. All, i repeat ALL Kindred players agree with me and You seem so resistant to even thinking about buffs. Why... What is so difficult about this champion. And when can we expect You DO something to make them feel less awful.

Riot does what Riot wants, They rarely listen to players. I have come to believe that Riot bases buffs and nerfs to put certin champions in the spotlight during the LCS. idk if third partys pay for this to happen, or if they are following some statistal anazlist that says if this champion is shown playing this many people will be more likely to play league of legends. But i have come to believe this is what has happen to league of legends. Instead of focusing buffs and nerfs to make all champions have a 50% win rate they instead focus what can only been call random. nerfing Azir to a 41% win rate. Leaving champions like Cho'gath at 38% acording to champion GG. Instead like this patch 7.3 buffing tristana who before buff had a 47.5 % win rate. Aka 2.5% from being perfectly balanced.

Is it ironic that the embodiment of death has an issue killing people? I think with Kindred they need to re-evaluate what exactly they want them to do. The poor thing can barely jungle, let-alone counter-jungle; rendering her passive stacks in the opposing jungle effectively useless. For a low-range "kite adc" jungler, they don't really have effective tools to kite (Q cooldown is hella long) and have issues dueling other ranged champions due to squishiness and lack of sustain. I think their Hunt mechanic needs a better look at. Perhaps offering different stats or even functioning differently than the current iteration. Although, I love the ultimate's thematic presence, I think they either need to change it entirely or revert it back to being castable on teammates and not just on Kindred

If anything, the ultimate goal would be to emphasise their duality - hopefully they can accomplish this by looking at their kit and by giving Wolf a larger role in everything (perhaps, them becoming a form changer; with whichever one becoming dominant based on the type of hunt - peaceful or fearful). I don't believe that % current health per AA fits them, honestly.

Personally I think they need a bit more movement speed and a few other base stats buffs(I can do pretty good playing them, but that doesn't mean they don't need buffs) I'm just afraid that if they buff abilities they'll overbuff them
