It is more likely that he will recive a championship skin instead of a victorious skin because it would be a lot more profitable for Rito. In general Rito doesnt give victorious skins to popular champs.

To be honest, i can't give a rat's ass about Victorious skins anymore. They look like bottom-tier 975 skins at best and have very little effort put into their particle effects and their recall animations. You usually just see some petals flying around or purple shade but nothing special. It's basically extremely stereotypical Demacia-esque GLOOORY type of shit with a shiny splash art that looks like a Michael Bay poster.

I appreciate the art but not the direction. Victorious skins are not worth the hype anymore in my opinion. I'd take Victorious Janna, a re-texture with a badass splash art over something like Graves with light VFX, a recall animation (almost as bad as Maokai's) and 3 chromas any day, simply because Janna's splash art completely shows off how badass she is as a victorious champion while Graves just smirks and holds his shotgun looking into the distance because..yeah, "gloooreyy!". He is literally posing for a photoshoot or something with Maokai doing his splash the same way.

I bet the Season 6 and onwards Victorious champs would get along nicely with Reinhardt.
