Okay Riot, why did you cap Kindred's attack range but not Senna's?

When Kindred were reworked to increase their attack range with stacks, there was a cap put on it to prevent them from outranging towers and making it fairer for enemies (you need 25 marks for that which rarely happens but still). Why then, can Senna have it in her kit amongst other nice things? It also feels awkward when you see how easily she gains her bonuses while Kindred players (all 4 of us) have to risk their lives to gain better base stats, doesn't it?

Kindred needs a rework, IMO. Their ult is simultaneously the worst and one of the best in the game. If you use it well, you can save teammates and win teamfights. If you use it poorly, you can save your enemies and throw games.

Also, their kit doesn't capture the fantasy of a dual spirit of life and death. You are Lamb with a very angry particle effect.

Take away their ult, and give them what is essentially Karma's ult, but with no cooldown. Lamb has her kit, or you can press R to use Wolf's abilities. You'd still primarily control Lamb, but you'd have a suite of extra abilities.

Maybe even give them a new resource bar instead of mana: Life. Lamb's abilities and autoattacks generate Life, while Wolf's abilities consume Life.

Because the balance team is dogshit and can't keep track of their own notes. We've had situations like this before. X is nerfed because the core of their kit is OP. 6 months later Y is introduced with the same core mechanic but stronger and it's left alone.

She's black and a female.......you won't win this battle.

So wrong.

  1. Kindred's range was nerfed because of how easy it was to acquire once you learned how to exploit camp respawn timers to guarantee fast stacking (A knowledgeable Kindred used to be able to have 7-10 stacks by 9 minutes into the game, allowing them to farm outscale teams before they could EVER counter it.

In contrast: If Senna is adc, she's lucky to have 30 stacks by 20 minutes now. She doesn't gain higher range than a turret until 90 stacks..... which is pretty much only achievable as support now, and only in games which didn't close down until 30+ minutes.

  1. Kindred has no drawbacks built in. Senna has 5.

-Perma capped Crit damage -80% reduced Bonus Attack speed. -40% reduced attack animation reduction from Attack speed. -No AD Growth -Stop Animation auto attacks.

Then there's the fact all her cooldowns are 11+ seconds (Q is 18, E 22)

Because Senna outranges towers at level 1 anyway.

Is that a bad thing? That means it takes skill to use it.

Kindred doesn't sell skins.

because kindred has mobility invulnerability and isn't atk speed capped

Because they're fundamentally two different champions with two different playstyles with two different expectations for each other what for they're supposed to do?

back when kindred came out they had less than 200 years of experience. thats why.
