The Shaco Q nerfs were way too much.

Right now he's a balanced pick. His job is supposed to be a strong early game assassin that falls off mid then come back strong late. How is he supposed to burst down priority targets if the bonus damage will be removed from his Q while decreasing his window of opportunity early with a higher CD. Why nerf Shaco when there's stronger mobile burst champ out there like Zed/Talon/Ahri?
