Vlad has so much counter to him. Just get an executioners if you lane against him and dont try to trade you never win
i think teemo is insanely overpowered.
Nah, before he gets CDR vlads cooldowns are very long, and unlike teemo he doesnt get extra magic damage + a dot on his autos, nor can he set up a minefield in lane to make himself nigh ungankable.
Except Vlad is super weak in lane lol
