How about fixing i dont know, what makes her actually oppressive? Like the free as fuck resets that deal 255 + 1.8 ad ratio + all on hit effects if you land all 3 of them? How about fixing her overloaded af ult? How about fixing the free as fuck minion dmg from her Q? Fine, I get the point of nerfing the W cd, it forces people to max it 2nd which makes her less mobile since she cant use her E too often. But, the reduction going from 50% to 40%?! It will be totally useless against toplaners and still be somewhat impactful midlane, it will be WORSE than what it was rank 1 before 8.15! Not only that, but did you ignore the fact that you guys gutted the dmg from it aswell? The only use this ability will have 90% of the time is to procc an E+Q+W to get 4 stacks of your passive quickly. Might have been something better to nerf, but I guess you'll fuck her up again, as usual.
