Is it troll to ban your own teams champ hover during champ select?

it isnt punishable, but if you banned the champ I'm hovering, I'm going first time hecarim mid with no flash or ghost.
If someone wants to play an 'off meta' champ you dont like, whats makes you think that after banning it, he will pick something normal?
i'm sorry. But if i'm playing a ranked game and you hover something completely stupid and i have the chance to ban it so you don't throw the game in champion selection i'm gonna ban it.
If you decide to troll in game in response to me doing so then by all means carry on, Just don't complain if riot sends a punishment your way.
Riot has recently used banning champion intents as a form of harrassment when paired with other types of harrassment. Just for the record.
when paired with other types of harrassment
i mean, if you're harassing the person in other ways as well then everything changes.
playing hec mid isnt bannable.
and only idiots actually flame and not dodge the system
is it troll to ban your champ that you want to play during champ select even though you want to play him/her to win?
lul
When a champion was once again buffed into heaven and you want to pick that champion as last pick and/or the enemies have first pick, I believe banning that champions is better than having you to fight it in lane
I was wondering about that too. last time the two last picks wanted to get Yasuo (which I usually ban) and surely enough the ennemy team picked yasuo first and he destroyed us lol I should have listened to my instinct.
Banning a team mates declared pick isn’t punishable, unless you’re a dumbass who announces it was your attempt to harass/troll your team mate.
That being said I always ban Yasuo no matter what. No. Matter. What. Haven’t played with/against a Yasuo for a year and league has never been better.
