And possibly Nashor's Tooth as well. Considering it has the current Nashor's Tooth magic damage passive. I'm just guessing here though.

the AP ratio was added to nashors and the MR shredding was added to wit's.

Nashors became a better item while Wit's became even more niche then it was before this addition.

Wits is a circumstantial item, some autoattackers that deal magic damage use it. Though yeah, its almost never built.
