Did riot really think that fixed range on her miasma is a good thing? It's locked in at a pretty outrageous range for a mage that already has issues with gap closing madness. Why not half the area of effect (in terms of its odd, long curve) and give some inward distance reaching out to it's current range as a maximum cast distance? It might work fine against another mage with similar range but I'm feeling apprehension with it's awkward, fixed range atm.
Stillshade2 votesits built to block off escaping enemies, its going to be really good for splitting up people in a team fight hey fangs and Poison will still make her a huge threat in laning phase as well as stopping them from flashing away when she gets them low. .
xelaker1 votesNothing yet if it stops flash but you can bet your buns people can just flash over or through a large chunk of it regardless. she lost the old miasma which, minus the dash block (which is pretty kewl), did the same job on a smaller scale with more control. Then again, it might totally work and I could be totally wrong :p
