22 hours is technically better, as you get the opportunity a full 2 hours sooner than a fixed reset. Also if you play on a specific schedule, it let's you trend your FWOTD more towards your prime time, instead of whenever the reset is.

This. If you play every day after 5 pm when you get off work, the reset is always available to you.

that's only assuming that you win at directly 12:00 am the previous morning, anything after 2 am and a fixed reset is shorter and I doubt most people are getting their first wins before 2 am

Yes. Many times if I don't get my game in until 9:00 one night, I'll have to get the bonus IP at 9:00 again the next night, and most of the time I'm busy or asleep then so I miss the bonus for that day.

There are several servers, and even for servers that serve multiple time zones, you can just add a timer, kinda like now.

Bloody hell. Anyone who think you can farm 2 wins per night every night need to go back to primary school.

For the topic : I don't think Riot would do that, as FwotD 22 hours reset you actually have to play once per day everyday. If they make it reset at midnight people can play once per 2 days. Statistically by how the current one works they can make people play their game more.

Yes, the wins would be "in a row," but by utilizing this method the player would have used up both of his/her FWoTD's. The system would work exactly the way it does now, and players would not get "more" IP, because if one were to log in at 11 and get FWoTD and then do so again after it resets at 12, they would earn the same ammount of IP as someone who decides to play a game at 5 P.M. each day.
