What is anivia's counterplay?

Dodge her Q. Her R + E shouldn't do much unless she's super fed. She's immobile, so any champ with mobility should be able to handle her.

her Q is hard to land on a further distance, any champion with a blink, a dash or any zap ability like yi, ekko, zed kata etc can certainly do well. also her ranges are rather short so poke mages like vel xerath and lux can do decently well aswell. her ult only doubles her E damage once it is fully spread so you have plenty of time to get out of it before it is too late, plus her W wall is really hard to properly use and she will if panicked end up making you bump closer to her by misplacing it just a Little, but enough. thought her egg passive is annoying, any bursty champion that has low cooldowns to have a somewhat sustained damage, namely zed and talon, can get her killed within These 6 seconds

Try to predict her Q, avoid extended periods standing in her R, abuse her weak ass laning phase by shoving her under turret forcing her to drain her mana to waveclear which also delays her item power spike, avoid diving her when she is low unless you are sure her egg is down.

Akali is a good counter play to Anivia soon as you hit 6 not much she can do. You have good sustain with your Q which is proced by your ULT for bonus damage in all ins. So gunblade and lvl 6+ and you should bully her. Good luck bud. Also any assassin that can kind of ignore her wall is good against her.

Anivia's weakness is close range. If she throws down her ult at a range that gives you a window to get close, especially after she uses Q because then she has nothing for you.
