Some Buffs to Volibear that will fix his early game problems and jungle

Buff volibear simple as that

Just buff him in league of true damage max hp bla bla and all the champion that have 0.1 seconds blinks and dashes and bla bla voli cant do nothing

Q-When he throw an enemy on the air when the enemy land he is cripple and unable to move for 1 second (the enemy can still use skills but not flashes/dashes/etc like the cassiopia skill)

E-Slow adjusted to 35% at all lvl from 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% Range 650 up from 425

W-: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+ 15% bonus health) base damage reduced to 40/70/100/150/190 but now have (+15% of total HP)

(Voli with the removal of S0A he got a big nerf on his jungle and sustain and riot didnt even bother buffing him)

The damage on his W remain almost the same but now he is a bit better early on!

Base stats

Hp-Same Armor (Base armor increased from 26 to 30 armor per lvl decreased to X amount so at lvl 18 he would have the same as live) i just try to make voli a bit better early on and to not get destroyed by the small lizards at lvl 3....

Attack speed increased by 5%
