Randuim need a buff

For real this item suck atm and riot is all like "Oh we believe that item 3143 sucks because item 3742 is good"

No the item suck because you people nerf it to the ground and add a useless 10% critical reduction...you think that this thing is good? look yasuo and you would see how "good it is" for counterplay....

If you want randuim to be a good item ether buff the critical reduction or buff the base stats

Randuin is really good still deadmans plate is just cancer

no DMP is almost always picked because its the only decent armor item atm

Because

item 3075 Sucks item 3143 Sucks

So what item left for non mana tanks?

item 3742 and that why its always used

If riot actually make the other 2 major tank item better then deadmansplate would lose popularity

Frozen Heart is also included in that armor item nerfed to the ground list. If it's a juggernaut item it's op, if it's a tank item it's bad.

Frozen Heart nerf wasn't nearly as impactful as Randuin and Thornmail's nerfs. All it really lost was 10 armor. That and Frozen Heart is more expensive. But it is still a very good armor item, unfortunately not good for all situations.

True that it wasn't nerfed as hard, but it was nerfed hard enough. That armor reduction and price increase may look small but it is not. Far off back in season 3 when tanks were non-existant, FH costed 2600 95 armor and 15% attack speed slow 20% cdr, and mana. Now it is 2600 90 armor and 20% as slow 20% cdr, and mana. FH was considered the worst item due to the meta which is arguable the same now, a tankless meta. Also no matter how small a double nerf on item when it comes to stats and price is usually the death penalty for the item. Only fate, again being arguable, worse is removal. Even in patch rundown 5.17 the rioter thought FH price was reduced instead if increased because it is the logical thing to do when nerfing stats.

Randuin's is really strong. It reduces Anivia Es and Karthus Qs. Because logic!

Randuin's isn't bad. Are you a tank and do they have a crit or AA heavy champion (Yas/GP/anyDevourJung/FullCritSion(that pegleg's op goodbye kneecaps)) in addition to their ADC? Then get a Randuin's. Maybe even get a FH too if they have more... especially if they have a Vayne... It's really just a matter of what stats you want and who your fighting against. I actually really appreciate the way Armor/Health items are laid out now. You need health and mobility? Get Deadman's. You need armor, lockdown and AS/Crit reduction? Get Randuin's. You have all the mobility and lockdown you need and can afford to be a bit less tanky for a bit more damage? Sunfire.

The problem is that the 10 armor more that the deadmansplate give is almost the same as the 10% crit reduction from randuin so there is not A SINGLE REASON to buy randuin atm unless you want the slow active but still deadmanplate do that better

Because 10 armor may not equal 10% critical damage reduction but its pretty close....

So that why randuin need a buff because its useless

And no because randuin is useless and deadmanplate does what randuin does but better dosent mean that deadmansplate need a nerf but randuin need a buff because if you nerf deadmanplate too then screw it better just deleting armor items...

10 armor is worth more than 10% crit damage reduction? Ok, you have no idea what you're talking about.

That you're implying that 10 armor has anywhere near the value of 10% crit damage reduction tells me you have no idea what you're talking about. Word it however you like; you massively underestimate just how much 10% crit damage reduction is and even putting it in the same ballpark as 10 armor is laughable.

Merkel x Tsipras1 votes

actually if you add 10 armor on your char the total damage that you would recieve it would be lower

Maybe is not 10% but even 6 or 7% is still enough to not even bother with randuin and just go buy deadmanplate

So pls stop saying retarded things thanks

And we're done here. The fact that you don't even consider the AOE slow on Randuins is the funniest part. Enjoy your circlejerk.

How much armor does Deadman's give? 'Cause I'm pretty sure it's 50. And I'm pretty sure Randuin's has 60. So regardless of whether or not 10 armor is similar to 10% crit reduction Randuin's still out-tanks Deadman's vs. AA reliant/Crit champs not to mention it still has the AS reduction. Deadman's does give 200 more health than Randuin's though if that's what you meant to say. Deadman's is better for health stackers that want mobility and a bit more burst. Randuin's is better when the enemy team AA you a lot or you need to lock people down some. In other words: Deadman's is a luxury item; your ahead and you want to initiate and kill people. Great! On the other hand Randuin's is a necessity item; your getting killed by AA/Crit dependent champs and need more survivability/lockdown. Make sense? O.o

item 3742 minus 10 armor. minus 100 cost. item 3110 add active from randuim's omen. item 3143 50% reduced **bonus damage **from crit strikes. remove active. reduce cost by ~300. item 3068 +1 damage per second? item 3075 reflects damage as written for basic attacks. reflects 40% as much from non aa physical damage.

#BAM: all nitch; all balanced. sortof
