Same as yasuo tho they try to nerf him in the next patch but still the fact that yasuo can build

So he isn't tanky until he's done with triforce, FM and Ga and he'll need to build damage instead of tank afterwards just to be able to get his armor pene.
Ekko needs elements of his kit to be removed at this point. His utility is too high for an assassin.

They plan on buffing AP Ratios but nerfing his stats that dont require (eg. passive slow + dmg based on %ap) so building tank will just be a waste of time.
