Hey Riot any idea what kind of identity you have in mind for Warwick rework

I know that you guys said that his reword been shelved but just any information would be much appreciated or even just plans in general for buffing him before his long overdue rework. Yes I know new devourer is strong but right now Warwick just feels so gimped. A suggestion would be to revert his W would be nice. Maybe a decreased cd on his ultimate, because lets face it that's his only gap closure he needs to gank a lane at all. Just want some clarity on what you guys have in store for him?
