Why does Riot nerf leblanc? she has a global winrate which goes bellow 48% and lower.

I just don't understand why this is. If Leblanc had a winrate of 52 to 55% then I would understand. Riot should focus on buffing and nerfing champions specialy depending on the global winrate and statistics. I really don't understand this, nor would I really understand if someone here disagrees with me. People should agree with facts and evidence, and a fact is that leblanc has a low global winrate.

Because winrate isn't a proper indicator of power. Riot has stated this countless times, and i'm surprised people still refuse to acknowledge this fact.

Here are some facts and evidence. She has had a huge pickrate and a standard success rate in competitive play and the highest level of solo queue, and so have other champions that have low general winrates. There have also been champions with very high solo queue winrates who have no impact whatsoever on competitive or high level play.

This evidence leads us to the conclusion that winrate alone is an insufficient standard for determining balance. There must be factors other than direct champion power that determine winrate. One factor is champion popularity, which can pull down the winrate of high skill champions.

People are willing to discuss facts and evidence, but if you're only going to look at one piece of data (winrate) and make a conclusion based on that, then don't be surprised when people disagree with your conclusion.
