High time for Morgana rework

The thing about old champs is that they're just behind the times or flat out broken OP. And then there's Morgana supp. Which i see in like 60% of my ranked games. Which support enemy chooses? doesn't matter! Black shield it and we're good.

Sure, sure, deplete with ap damage or w/e, but the point is this isn't a soft counter, this is diamond-hard counter to any and all cc (which basically means shutting down 80% supports) on a single character only.

Times have changed, that kinda binary defense should no longer exist. Best proof are reworked and new champ mechanics - we got passive 1 time cc shield on malzahar, item that grants you one after 1.5s channel - bottom line - shields that have counterplay and reward timely usage. If Black Shield was a healthy game mechanic one would think they'd give something similar (and equally hard to peel off before it's too late) to more characters. Obviously that's not the case.

As it stands morgana monopolizes the "anti-cc" champ with nearly 0 competition and hardly any counterplay to that.
