I personally hate one ad carry out of them all, I think some of them are weak right now, but i also think a few are too strong. regardless, I want to make clear that IT'S NOT THE ITEMS THAT CAUSE CERTAIN CHAMPS to be near impossible to deal with outside of straight counter picking. Just in case riot gets in any ideas. [slayer-jinx-wink]

Easily. I play support quite a bit and he is easily the only ADC you cannot counterpick or counterplay. You just have to hope he's stupid and gets hit by the poke.

Xayah. She has extreme DPS, and when you think you caught her, she R aways and 100-0s you
tbh, with second place going to top lane 
because he takes no skill and just right clicks you for 200-200-200-1000 damage at level 5. Then when he gets his ult he 100-0s you with undodgable shots because you get f---ing slowed. He also has a stupidly long ranged snare for no reason at all.
At the moment draven by far, but honorable mention to Caitlyn. However I hate facing miss fortune if I don't get her. (tilts me cause I'm a MF otp)

REset mechanic on escape ispretty fucking stupid considering how much damage she does.
Imagine if ap ezreal got a reset on his E everytime he got a kill.
Xayah is actual fucking cancer. She's supposed to be the queen of kiting but her arrows can pierce long enough to give her comparable range to fucking caitlyn in many scenarios.
Also, her version of sustained dmg is more like sustained burst, and then there's her E on top of that.
You don't even have Kogmaw on that list - the true breaker of on-hit and attack speed. I 'member those 5.0 attack speed days with rageblade.
Ah, I see you're a man of culture as well, not putting Vayne up there. Yes, no body thinks Vayne is obnoxious and she need some buffs :D
She can stunn and slow you and you can't do anything about that.
