It is being buffed specifically because tanks (and some fighters) who rush Sunfire Cape into Iceborn Gauntlet were deemed too strong.

Are you nuts? They already nerfed tanks and gauntlet what are you talking about!? About Darius's core item. I'm not glad about that. He needs to be really tanky to benefit from this item well compared to listed champions. BC core Riven/Panth/Wukong > BC only Darius.
