That heal is just tiny. Why is it so tiny?

ImHerVoice3 votesbefore warmongs was gutted. That heal was huge. Now warmongs is gutted. Now every HP item in the game is gutted. The heal is meaningless. Because of the gutting to every tank item in the game.
And its also no resource healing... so...

with 5000 HP it'll heal for all of 97 HP over 3 seconds; most any AD carry's lifesteal will dwarf that amount of healing. It's a cool concept but I have no idea why the scaling on it is so low Even if it were doubled it'd be only a minor heal.
