Riot - Buff Tank Items

Hey Riot, I recently did a pass on all of the tank items avilable on Summoner's Rift, and I believe I have found the solution to fix tanks. This comes from all the recent discussion on EHP (effective hit points) and how offensive itemizations counter them too hard. The basis for this discussion is that you need 2400 HP and 100 resistance for tank items to be optimized.

Health:

item 3083 New passive is interesting, but the amount of health the item provides is too low. Just remember how effective the item was in season 2 when it had a stacking mechanic on minion kills. Fully stacked it reached 920+450=1370 Health! And the regenration also stacked... Increase the flat HP gain from the item!

item 3800 A recently added item. Has a very interesting active, but again the amount of health is too low. Increase total health to about 700.

item 3022 Before you critisize me, think about this: An item that gives an on hit slow, is it a damage or tank utility item? With this in mind, I think Frozen Mallet needs a reduction in damage (to about 15) but increase the total health gain to 900-1000.

Armor:

item 3110 Arguably the best armor item in the game. In an ok spot, but imagine how better it will be if other tank items provided more health...

item 3025 I classify this item as more of a bruiser choise, but tanks can use it too. I would suggest either leaving it as is, or adding another cloth armor to the recipe and increasing total armor to 75.

item 3075 This item is supposed to counter on hit fast auto attackers. It's lackluster due to low health options.

item 3047 Great boots.

Health + Armor:

item 3143 Another one of the best armor items in the game. Strong on it's own, but not enough. Add 150 HP and I think we're fianlly there.

item 3056 The newly reworked Ohmwrecker. Add another ruby crystal to the mix, Increase the total item cost to 3000. Increase health from 300 to 500. There you go, a proper tank item. Especially with that passive.

item 3068 Considered an offensive version of a tank item. Used by bruisers all around. I believe the item is balanced in it's job.

**Magic resist: **

item 3111 Supposedly the answer to magic resist / crowd control heavy comps. Ok as they are.

item 3139 It is an item designed for the marksman class. It doesn't fit most tanks, and there is too much gold wasted on physcial damage that most tanks won't get to use properly. Better getting a different item. This is not for tanks.

item 3091 Another offensive style magic resist item. Can work on some of the tanks, but is generally more of a bruiser item.

item 3156 Undoubtly another version of an offensive magic resist item. Not for tanks.

Magic resist + Armor:

item 3026 Provides another chance at life. Yet, not attractive for tanks since it gives the feeling that killing you will just end up with you coming back to life, using so much to kill you will be an even bigger waste, thus lowering the propability of you being focused, and as a tank - it's quite necessarry to be focused.

Magic resist + Health:

item 3065 One of the best magic resist items with health. Will synergize with Warmogs armor. Therefor would only add +100 hp and call it a good day.

item 3190 More support orianted with it's active shield. An ok item, would suggest removing cdr and using a giant's belt, thus increasing overall health from the item to 600 (currently 400)

item 3102 Increadible defensive item. Lacks health. Add another ruby crystal into the mix. Increase health to 600 from 450.

item 3060 Remove the item. Replace with Void Gate (on PBE at the moment).

These are the changes I think need to happen.

Rito Plz, these fixes, or atleast something in line of buffing existing tank items needs to happen. Tanks need to be relevant again!

Um no that just be pointless tanks are already hard to kill. These changes will only make it worse. There other stuff need looking into like offensive items , champs etc. And tanks are not one of them.

^In what universe do you live? A 400 armor rammus gets 1v1'D by an ADC within 3 seconds.
