ADCs are vital to the game as a whole.
Some players prefer the duo lane experience to a solo lane. Solo lane, you only really have yourself to blame for your losses and no one to help you come back. In bot, your support can help you make up for mistakes by saving you or coordinating to trade kills.
ADCs are just fun to play because you are always doing something. As a mage, once you've set off your combo you just waddle around and wait for your ult to come off cooldown. A good ADC can always be doing

They do a really hard work, put wards, protect ad/ap carrys, Secure kills, etc... To bad people just ignore them or blame them for the mistakes the other team members did.
disregardable1 votesThis is what's really great about ADC for me. In most games (ie, where you don't stomp your lane because of your shit support), you get to spend most of the game farming. Just farm until late game. Group when your team gets incessant, AA the closest thing to you until one team wins, and then keep farming. Steal your jungler's farm, steal your mid laner's farm, and keep farming bot always. Then suddenly around level 16 you're a fucking monster, and you go end the game.
