He got buffs when Sated Devourer and Rageblade are items and his kit is extremely toxic and has little to no room for counterplay besides "XD just kite"
To make everything better he's about as easy to play as

He doesn't even need that. He needs the buffs reverted
CrimsonReaps1 votesI agree, but all they've done so far is lower the scaling of his heal with ap from.7 to .4, and lower the attack speed his ability gives by 20% at all ranks

CrimsonReaps1 votesI've only met one Xin Zhou that couldn't 1v2 me and top lane at level 3, he can build Devourer, Rageblade, then full tank and still have the raw damage to 1v1, 1v2, and in alot of cases 1v3, hes a champ that requires a whole team to kill and takes all of their abilites to do so, leaving the other team without many vital abilities and low health, which allows the rest of xin's team to easly finish off the fight.

Xin cannot 1 v 2 you at lvl 3... his buffs don't even help him at that point. Honestly I hate hyperbole because it ruins the game.
In theory he could always do that also. So why complain now?
CrimsonReaps1 votesWith the added Crit on his 3rd AA with his w, hes able to hit around 150-170 at level 3, he chunks almost anyone down, before he was easier to kill because he didnt have a sudden chunk damage on his w's 3rd hit that added ad scaling on the heal i think is fine but that Crit is a bit much
