fps is where head shots belong

Kills, by any champ, any time in the game should not come easy. They should always be hard to get and take a time. Assassins need to be nerfed. high output adc's need to be nerfed. any champ that can kill any other champ from 100 to 0 in less than 3 seconds (beyond any cc they have) needs to be nerfed so that it isn't boom, head shot. You died. That is FPS kind of dynamic. League needs to be way more concentrated on NOT being a FPS. There are plenty of those style games around. There are plenty of quick kill games. LOL needs to be more strategic. Not bang, you're dead. It needs to be hard for any champion to get a kill. Always.
