Because the only people building frozen mallet are gnar and teemo while its supposed to be built on MELEE BRUISERS like darius and illaoi....
Also the ranged harass is a bit too much now with masteries

Thats my point. Its intended for bruisers but isnt built on any of them except pseudo-offroles

Bruisers that need FM to stick to people are bad and don't get played. You're just better off picking a better champion and not wasting gold on an item like FM that has poor stats on it for the cost.

Jbels1 votesI agree Doran's Shield needs to be changed in some way. Right now I never even consider it when I can go Cloth 4 or just buy Corrupting Potion. Doran's only allows me to have one potion (Which makes no sense to me), provides very meager defensive stats, and only gives you a bit of health regen. If I want to be able to stay in lane longer, Doran's shield, which should allow me to do so, does not. That's a problem
