Champion Masteries Should give IP

I think a great addition to league would be to where when you level up a champions master (6&7 included) you should get a certain amount of IP, so people can be rewarded for learning new champs or just earn more IP in general, maybe not for levels 1-4 but I think for at least levels 5,6 & 7 it would just be a good incentive and another way to earn some currency to get those new runes or new champ.
