My honor still has not leveled up!

So I made a post a few months back saying the my honor had not leveled up yet, and it still has not. In my previous post I also stated that I have friends who play less than me and have gone up 2-3 levels/checkpoints in honor whereas I'm still stuck at level 2 checkpoint 3, where I started the season. Now I don't type in chat much unless someone is just just genuinely pissing me off, and at that point I say one thing and mute them, but if one report from a toxic player (assuming the annoying player reported me) can completely halt my honor leveling process then something needs to be changed. I have played probably every day since honor reset (I'm 15 I have no life) and I really want some answers. I rarely get key fragments anymore as a small side note. I get honored regularly so I do not see why I am not going up. NOT pre-made party honors either, random people honoring me. At this point I am fed up with the bull, I just want to go up in honor and get more rewards. 'Cause I put too much time(and money) into your game to not get what I am working so hard for.
