So I'm in bronze 4 and I don't know how/Can't climb

So since my Summer Break from School has started I started playing ranked a lot more and I'm currently Bronze 4 on the NA server, It seems like almost every game I get a feeding top lane or mid lane and I can jungle and give two free kills to one of my teammates but then they still end up feeding. If anyone could help that would be amazing and Thank you all!

-Edit, So now I'm Bronze 5, I popped off as Ashe in a game and I got an S but I had 2 teammates who had over half the teams deaths
