Panth can now solo drag at level 3

Now I have 5 champions that can solo dragon pre 4 :)

It's because of the dragonslayer skin i bet.

His passive is intended to block the damage, thing is he now has such a slow atk speed that if you manage to use your W and passive good you can do it.

If this breaks games (which is highly unlikely as you can easily put a ward there when there's a pantheon on the enemy team) either make Dragon's atk speed faster and reduce the damage dealt so he cannot block all the hits.

Or just make it that Dragon\Baron don't give a fuck about panthy's shield.

Currently he's one of the few that can gank at lvl 3 if he's not busy doing dragon as he barely gets any damage from jungle creeps.

That is why people have these things called "wards" so they can see the pantheon hitting dragon for 3 minutes and collapse on him lol
