Suggestion: Let new players start with the 3 champions available in the tutorials

Ashe, Garen, and Ryze are all available in the tutorial. However, they are not available for normal matches, but are instead in the special "free rotation" until 6. I've seen so many people confused by this. With this change, I'd take away the special free champions until 6 that you earlier added.
