The only champ in that game I think has real balance issues is Kai'Sa.

I think this game was just your team sucking, not the balance team's fault.

but all that does is make your future reports mean nothing. so when you come up against someone who is ACTUALLY running it down, it wont account for squat.

That's not actually true. I report feeding trash all the time. But I recently got feedback about someone I reported being punished. It's unlikely it was any of the feeders but I do remember reporting a dude who was on my ass all game about something or other.

I know the system doesn't punish garbage team mates but I can always hope. Maybe one of these pieces of garbage will accidentally get a 14 day or something and for 14 days it's a lot less people losing their promos because of that trash.
