Pantheon Kit

Voting this back up because this WILL happen... Pantheon is an old champion and his Q provides too much harass in lane. Riot has all but directly stated that pantheons q is a big issue.

I think it would need to be case by case, but I do agree that Pantheon's Q does too much for how much damage it does early game. But other point and clicks aren't as strong as his and nerfing them would make the entire games skill floor too high and just make lower tier players play even worse than before with little to no change to higher levels.

But back to Pantheon, his Q's numbers:

Normal Damage: 75 / 115 / 155 / 195 / 235 (+ 140% bonus AD)

Critical Damage: 112.5 / 172.5 / 232.5 / 292.5 / 352.5 (+ 210% bonus AD)

It is a 45 Mana Cost spell on a 4 second cooldown at all levels.

I know he falls off late game against most fighters but this level of early game poke is super frustrating to play against, and right now, with games going around ~30 minutes max in Solo Queue, I'm surprised he isn't played more. Probably since he is considered "boring" but a lot of players.

Though, in my opinion, as a whole, Pantheon isn't THAT bad overall. His Early game laning should be toned down a little but his later game numbers/capability should be buffed to match if they did nerf it.
