The Honour System Is Whack, Yo

So, last season I fell below to Honour 2, as my internet was faulty and I disconnected from games. Not that bad, I told myself, Season 8 and an honour reset is around the corner. Only for me to find out that only those above honour three would be receiving a reset. So, I decided the grind would be hard but bearable. Then I found out that the honour progression gain has been slown down greatly compared to before, as when it was implemented we were nearing the end of the season. It's been four months since the start of the season I'm still Honour Level 2 and on the first checkpoint. I haven't received any chat restrictions, I've honoured on most of my games and today was my first disconnect (because my brother disconnected my router) Honestly, that disconnection; knowing it removes some progression breaks me because I feel I'll be hard-locked into Honour 2 the whole fucking year and decade. Seasons come every 4 months, there's 3 checkpoints, I'm only on the first after four months, 4x3=12, there's no honour resets for 2 and 1, this means in theory I'll never get out of Honour 2. Do I have to sacrifice a goat or some crap?
