Yes, 1 spell. The issue is dots proccing it. Is it 3 abilities or attacks /or/ 3 instances of damage because those are very different.

So does Tiamat active. I literally killed a fed Xayah as Talon (I was fed too, but point is she wasn't underleveled) with a Q+tiamat+auto electrocute proc.

That's my point, they shouldn't.

Riot goes on and on about windows of power and counterplay, but the simple fact of the matter is that certain classes are more able to abuse Electrocute than others simply because they have access to more tools that can't be fought back against.

BoRK and Gunblade are both targeted, undodgeable item actives, and Protobelt is a wide-angle AoE that does AP-scaling damage, and is almost impossible to dodge point blank.

Further, Ignite is also a targeted, undodgeable spell.

Where is the counterplay?

Actually electrocute procs from unique abilities or autos, but the ability does not have to be damaging. Veigar cage for example counts towards electrocute.

You don't even need the damage part. Nasus's Wither can proc electrocute. It's any three things that negatively affect enemy champions.

If you use summoner 3 item 3905 item 3800 all on one person, it'll proc it.

Gonna do a "only damage from electrocute" challenge only way I'm allowed to hurt someone is from electrocute, not even allowing to hurt someone from the things proccing, gotta use harmless abilities for the proc.

Because Riot is all about pushing out damage. Even if it means making summoner spells count towards procing that damage off.

Damage in a quick window of time, any dmg can proc electrocute except it has to be different spells.

Why on earth would it not proc it?

Basic attacks and abilities generate stacks on enemy champions hit, up to one per attack or cast. Applying 3 stacks to a target within a 3 second period causes them to be struck by lightning

The only purpose of Ignite is to deal some extra damage, and if for some reason your enemy went for an all-in and didn't proc electrocute (i.e. they only hit you with 2 things) it makes sense that Ignite would proc it.

I've killed quite a few people in ARAM by hitting them with summoner 32 and then Electrocute procs and kills them without me having to use the Dash portion. It's pretty bs but also pretty funny at the same time lol
