When is the next patch?

Isnt there some rule where the patch needs to be around for a week before professional play? And isnt the EULCS starting in about a week? Is the first week of the season going to be 5.24?

Pro's usually play on the previous patch to give them time to adjust. So they play on 5.24 when we will be on 5.25(well most of the time)

The next patch (6.1) will be deployed on the 12/13 this month. Also LCS is usualy 1 patch behind live, so they will be playing on 5.24.
