Chat in Loading Screen

Riot, I think that it would be great if you implemented team or /all chat in the loading screen of matches. This would allow for strategizing with your team before you hit the rift (like, oh crap, GP is going support and Morgana is top, how should we react?), or any other needed communication. This feature would allow those ridiculously long load screens pass quicker.

Also, if you could continue the open chats you have with other summoners during the load screen that would be great. You can talk to them in game, and out of game, but you can't get any messages from them during the load screen.

Just a thought.
