according to this clip, an 8/4 garen who ults people at 300 hp and gets juked around most of the time is broken? k.

if you watch closely, he spends most of his time in teamfights walking around trying to get to anyone, while people are jumping over walls and corners.

why are people freaking out, that these 4 champions have been changed to actually see play on a decent level?

like theyre not even that strong since 5.17

the strongest champions running around right now are clearly vayne, lux (56% winrate), shyvana, and jinx.

He's right to a degree, but they do miss some rather obvious issues sometimes as well. And their hotfixes lately have mostly been dumb as hell. They need to stop knee-jerk buffing new champs and reworks.
