PBE right now:

Tryndamere Spinning Slash (E) cooldown lowered from 13/12/11/10/9 to 13/11.5/10/8.5/7

I get that he gets no attention in the balancing side, but giving the dude that does nothing but right-clicks & never joins teamfights a buff is just over the line.

It's compensation for the fact he loses old ER

also since when is balance supposed to be favourable to casters and teamfighters more than autoattackers and splitpushers (?)
