Since Grievous Wounds is returning to old functionality, Soraka's Ult should get the removal back

Although it'd just be par for the course if she wasn't changed, wouldn't be the last time a champ had a functionality removed due to mechanical/item changes and stayed that way WARWIck DESERVED it tho
