Rotations? What are they?

its in regards to rotating lanes, ex. bot takes out the bot lane turret, and instead of continuing to push they rotate to the mid lane and help take mid turret while the enemy bot lane stays bot to push out their bot lane.

well it depends on your elo... for the basic term of rotations lets say your are bot lane... you win lane early.. take turret . so you rotate from bot to maybe drag to secure it then rotate mid to siege mid turret to create more map pressure. or if mid you win you roam or "rotate" top or bot to help that lane. and so on.

when it comes to pro play where they play lane swaps 1 vs 2 and sometimes push lanes for turrets 1 vs 3 they rotate based on minion wave pushes. and now that each lane gets their cannon minion at different waves they will use that as a timer to rotate to that lane to have the cannon minion to help push the lane.

if you watch some of the pro games you can see it and the shout callers will discuss it as it happens.
