I'm stuck in the middle. Bramble's great for fighting adc's that are poke heavy as it punishes them for non stop poking me when I just want relics D: But as fiora, Nasus, Malphite, etc. can build bramble and make her useless. I get healing reduction is the smart thing to do against someone like fiora, but it shouldn't make her completely unviable :I

VICKLIUS2 votesno, no healing reduction, only lifesteal reduction, because with healing reduction then an adc can be a tank an counter hp tanks which is what last whisper is for, so that's 2 items that adcs could then get to counter tanks with one then making them tanky an much hardy to kill
VICKLIUS1 voteshere is an idea I had for a thornmail update, guess could be put on randuins instead my idea update for thornmail was INSTEAD of coldsteel (which would allow players to get both thornmail and randuins again) taking PHYSICAL damage from a spell or basic atk reduces subsequent physical damage from attacker by 10% for 4 seconds. (this would make it like adaptive helm and get about the same amount of dmg reduction as what it currently gets from coldsteel)
