Vel'koz R Visual Update/Adapation

Currently Vel'Koz's R has no way of knowing how long it is channeling/will remain.

I thought that a nice Visual Update/Adaption would be if the beam intensifies while channeling. The brightness could mean that it's overheating until it has to cooldown.

Whether this means that it gets bigger/brighter I leave up to champ design but it would be a nice thing to have (plus it would look cool)

Erm, if you play him or against him its pretty easy to time. Maybe that is just me.
