Idea for a new summoner spell.
Overclock - Increases attack speed by 20% for 8 seconds, cooldowns recharge 25% faster during this time.
why?
some ADCs don't like taking heal
a lot of mages don't like ignite/TP/heal/barrier because they either have to get too close, have no use for it in general, etc.
Malzahar would kind of love this, Lux would love this, Brand likely... I think it could work to be honest.
