Champion update ideas
so i have heard that riot wants to make a more diverse champion selection... area? pool? i don't know what their exact words where, but pretty much making it so you don't see the same 15 champions every game. so here are my ideas;
E regeneration: Vladimir unleashes a torrent of blood, dealing 60/85/110/135/160 (+45% Ability Power) magic damage to all nearby enemies while allies have their health regeneration increased by 40/60/80/100/120% decaying over 2 seconds (power decreases by 25% of strength every 0.5 seconds). this does not effect Vladimir. Effects minions (uses Vladimir's health regeneration because minions don't have health regeneration). Each cast gives him an Empowered stack (max 4), increasing his healing and regeneration by 4/5/6/7/8% each for 10 seconds. Additionally, Tides of Blood cost and base damage increases by 25% per stack.
W damage reduce: Nearby enemies take 8/12/16/20/24 magic damage plus 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 (+1% Ability Power)% of their maximum Health each second and enemies within the radius feel sorry for Amumu, dealing 2/4/6/8/10% reduced damage to Amumu only.
W stun: Shen shields himself, absorbing the next 60/100/140/180/220 (+60% Ability Power) damage. Lasts up to 3 seconds. While Feint holds, his attacks reduce Ki Strike's cooldown by an additional 1 second. If Shen Ki Strikes while Feint holds he surprises the enemy, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 bonus damage (+ 30% Ability Power) and stuns them for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. (Because ninjas)
W magic resistance/E armor; W passive: Maokai's magic resist is increased by 10/20/30/40/50 (+ 30% Ability Power), this passive bonus is lost when on cooldown, but stays for 2 seconds after cast on a enemy champion and the power of the passive is increased by 20%. E passive: Maokai's armor is increased by 20/40/60/80/100 (+40% Magic Resistance), but the passive bonus is lost while on cooldown.
E Slow/stun Cone: Anivia blasts her target with a freezing wind, dealing 55/85/115/145/175 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage. If the target has been slowed by Flash Frost or Glacial Storm, they take double damage. Anivia Breathes Ice in a cone, slowing and dealing 55/85/115/145/175 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage. if the enemies hit by Frostbite are slowed by Flash Frost or Glacial Storm, they take double damage and are stunned.
Ultimate heal: Nasus becomes empowered in the sandstorm for 15 seconds, increasing his maximum Health by 300/450/600 and Attack Range by 50. While the storm rages, he deals 3/4/5 (+1% Ability Power)% of nearby enemies' maximum Health each second (240 damage max per second) as magic damage and converts it into bonus Attack Damage. Additionally, at the beginning Nasus heals himself for 65% of missing health (+ 100% of Siphoning Strike stacks) and at the end Nasus heals himself for 70% of missing health (+ 100% of Siphoning Strike stacks) (+100% of bonus Attack Damage from ultimate)
